Penny Belknap - Sr. Tax Professional and owner of Flower City Tax & Accounting

Having joined Flower City Tax in 2003, her 30+ years of accounting and tax preparation experience makes her a wealth of knowledge in the areas of individual, business, investment and Corporate areas of taxation and finance. Penny's expertise in the QuickBooks world lends itself to excellent customer satisfaction when looking for training solutions to their accounting and software issues.

Penny is also a mother of one beautiful teenage daughter Kiara, Petey (White Boxer), Harry (Shih Tzu), and 5 cats.

Manager/Payroll - Maria Liberatore

Maria joins us with years of office management experience from two large Rochester firms. Maria will be your contact for all things payroll, as well as any general office duties, including scheduling, and front desk duties.

Tax Preparer - John Demagistris

John has 12 years of tax preparation under his belt. John is a former owner of several big box chains in Batavia, Albion, and the southern tier.

Front Desk -  Beverly Demagistris

Bev is you initial contact during tax season.  She will be scheduling your appointments, assisting with checking in and checking out, as well as handling any drop-of and pick up items.
